Terms of Payment and Cancellation

Payment

The full attendance fee should be received by November 10th, 2016. The payment is to be made via wire transfer or pay pal system after the invoice had been delivered. The attendee is responsible for the due receipt of the payment.

 

Substitution of Registered Attendees

Registered attendees can send a proxy if they are unable to come. The proxy has to be named in writing by email.

 

Terms of Cancellation

Cancellations have to be made in writing.

 

For cancellations received between October 15, 2016 and November 10, 2016, 50% of the fee for the booked ticket is to be paid.

 

If the cancellation is received after November 10, 2016 the full fee for the booked ticket has to be paid.
